Process, MOQ & Sampling

Custom projects follow a fixed sequence: consultation, specification, drawings, prototype, production. You approve physical samples before any volume commitment, and the prototype cost is typically reimbursed from your mass order.

The custom project process

Six managed steps, one accountable team.

  • Inquiry & requirements — a sketch, photo, drawing or reference sample is enough to start
  • Specification & quotation — materials, construction, finish, lead time and packaging confirmed in writing
  • Design & prototyping — drawings and effect images, then physical prototypes
  • Production & sourcing — wooden designs in-house; other materials via verified partners
  • Quality control — workshop-level QC, salt-spray testing for metal parts, final inspection
  • Export & delivery — consolidated packing, documentation and shipment support

MOQ — quoted per project, not guessed

Minimum order quantity depends on the design, material and customization level, so we quote the real number instead of publishing a generic one.

  • MOQ confirmed in the quotation for your specific design
  • Stock designs can often start lower than fully custom constructions
  • Sample orders available before volume production

Sampling & prototyping

You never commit to volume production blind.

  • Existing designs sampled quickly from current tooling
  • Custom designs prototyped after drawing approval
  • Prototype cost typically reimbursed from the mass order
  • Approved sample retained — reorders are checked against it
