Branding methods by material
Each material has branding methods that bond correctly with its surface.
- Wood & bamboo: laser engraving, screen printing, pad printing, metal logo plates
- Plastic: pad printing, hot-stamp logos, molded-in and custom colorways
- Velvet & satin: printed logos on flocking, embroidery on padded hangers
- Paper & cardboard: full-surface CMYK printing — the whole hanger is the brand canvas
Choosing a method
Three questions decide the method: how long must it last, how many colors, and what does the surface allow?
- Maximum durability: laser engraving or metal plates — they outlast the hanger
- Full-color artwork: screen printing, pad printing or CMYK on paper
- Premium feel: metal logo plates and embroidery read most luxurious
