Quality control runs in every workshop at the Dadi factory — not just at final inspection — and the same standard is applied to partner factories in our sourcing network. Audits and certifications include FSC chain of custody, amfori BSCI, SGS, WCA and SMETA, with certificate documents shared during supplier qualification.
Quality control process
QC is built into production, not bolted on at the end.
- Workshop-level QC checks at every production stage
- Salt-spray testing on every batch of metal components
- Final inspection before packing; pre-shipment inspection reports on request
- Retained approval samples — reorders are checked against the approved specification
