HangerCenter covers the full material spectrum — solid wood, laminated plywood, bamboo, plastic, metal, acrylic, velvet flocking, fabric & satin, paper and recycled Ocean Bound Plastic — so a program never has to compromise on material. Wooden and bamboo materials are processed in-house at the Dadi factory; other materials come from verified specialist partners.
Material families
Each material family has its own economics and presentation value. We help you match material to garment weight, display context and budget.
- Wood: beech, lotus wood, ash and laminated plywood, with FSC-certified options
- Bamboo: natural and carbonized, a fast-renewable alternative to hardwood
- Plastic: PP, PS, ABS, wood-look composites and recycled grades
- Metal: chrome steel wire, powder-coated and PVC-coated constructions
- Acrylic: clear and tinted PMMA for premium display
- Soft & flat: velvet flocking, padded satin/fabric, recyclable cardboard
Finishes & surface options
Finishes are developed against approval samples and kept on file for repeat orders.
- Wood stains: natural, walnut, antique, whitewash and custom-matched stains
- Lacquer: matte and gloss topcoats from our in-house paint operation
- Plastics & flocking: Pantone-matched colors
- Metal: chrome, matte black and custom powder-coat colors
- Non-slip: rubber strips, flocked bars, notched shoulders
Hardware & components
Hooks, clips and bars are specified per garment type — every batch of metal components passes salt-spray testing in our QC process.
- Hooks: chrome, gold, black or antique; swivel and fixed
- Clips & clamps: trouser clips, skirt clamps, padded grips
- Bars: wooden, metal and flocked trouser bars
